This doesn't make sense. I don't think Lotus would set themselves up for failure by already taking orders and not knowing the outcome of the waiver submissions that could potentially kill some deals. Maybe the have updated the website yet...knowing how fast the government operates. Maybe the article was written before they knew the result and at time print and distribution the waivers were passed?
