Howdy All

I'm new to the site. I am the proud owner of an '05 Elise (bought last fall w/ 2400 mi.). She was my daily driver until Jan. when the weather really closed down. The car's been terrific and I'm looking 4ward 2 the spring & the return 2 my "Go-Cart" commute.

I'm enjoying the chatter on the site and the variety of topics.

Welcome Mule!

I got my Dino go-cart last fall too. She is my day-off driver, exclusive to highway jaunts for now. But I drive the sht out of her! My daily driver is an 86 944 turbo with Pirelli P-Zero M+S, that I've driven for 12 years. But, I'd like to make my street go-pod my only transportation. I can get a full load of groceries in the passenger side, including big laundry detergent boxes and 12 packs.

Any chance to ride my red Lotus go-cart is perfect; and I'm looking to do this everyday if I sell the Porsche. Hard to do since my red pristine 944 matches my Elise. Surprisingly, the fender lines of the Elise almost follow the 4 cyl. Porsche. It is very cool having them parked together, side by side.

Cheers!
Anthony

The 944 seems like a nice "old-skule" compliment to the Elise. Why sell? ;-)
My other "toy" is a modified (Chevy 350) '67 Sunbeam Alpine which handles like a milk crate on rollerskates. My favorite part of the Elise "drive" is the reaction from the kids. I think they look @ the car as a giant Matchbox car.

(and so do I!)

"ole Skule!" I agree about the 944. How about a new student Porsche?

Right now I'm learning piloti Elise!

Either way, we have a long way to go...
