Well I'm by no means new to the forum scene but I am new to the Lotus one. I do not as of right now own an Elise but have been approved and the only thing keeping me from driving away with one right now is room in the garage. Trying to get rid of the vette to make room then I WILL own an Elise!!!!
I would love to get an orange one and there is one sitting at Lotus of Austin right now there trying to get me to come and get but the Saphon Yellow is really growing on me...
I actually found this site by accident while googleing some pic's to use on my other site. Got to reading some of the threads and found where there is a lot of info that I have been trying to find out about located right here.
Enough about that...I'm 36 and have always loved the corvette up until I went to a road course bout 3 months ago, one of the instructors took me on a 20 min. run in his Elise and now...there is no car I want more!! The more I read and research the more I love the Lotus. I WILL post pic's once I bring her home be sure of that.

Elise is definitely a Vette killer. At almost half the price, you have a car thats better looking, accelerates faster, handles MUCH better, gets better average fuel economy and is more reliable. It has the best of British race engineering combined with Japan's engine building prowess.
