Elise for sale in NY Times

Hunting Ridge Motors ( I think this is in Conn.) has listed an Ardent Red Elise with touring package for sale in the Sunday, August 1st edition of the NY Times. I called to inquire and the salesperson taking the call said they wanted $52,000 for the car.
So the ball is rolling... that would be about $10,000 over sticker.

I'm not sure if you saw my previous post about being able to get one by February of 05 but now I think I will definately be able to. I have seen 3 or 4 cars for sale already.

EBAY

There is a car for sale on EBAY Graphite grey with touring package. The seller already broke it in, but is asking for 59k. That is still a 15k premium, and we don't get to pop the cars cherry, what a rip off.

Well the Graphite Gray car was purchased at a premium, so perhaps the seller is trying to recoup that money, plus an additional premium.

Is that your car or do you know the buyer?

Nah I'm still Elise-less. I did hear about the situation on that car though.
