automatic transmission swap - parts needed? (need paddle-shift)

hi, what does it take to replace the transmission with a slushbox?

e.g. do i need to fab parts, if so what parts, e.g. axles? transaxles? mounts?

i am just interested in the 4 speed from the celica, and will wire my own paddle shifters

so i gather that besides the transmission, i'll need the control unit for it, what else?

does it bolt on?

and what about the assembly to connect that to the wheels?

this should be a lot easier than getting or wiring my own sequential manual auto-clutch right?

why? but if you want to do it.. take a look on spyderchat, littlerocket is working on tuning the bosch unit for the 6SMT transmission on the spyder.. he has it mounted on our engine the 2zzge..

It wouldn't even be worth it.
It defeats the purpose of owning a lotus too.
If you want a paddle shifting seq. get a e46 m3 with SMG.
I have one of those and it works nicely.

Or you could get that seq. shifter from sector 111, you use the clutch but its just a up and down motion..
