Elsie Not Running

Hello All,

I have posted this a couple of other places and I am having no luck in tracking down this problem. I'm hoping that someone here might be able to help.

So here is where I am at. Car starts and idles ( at 1450 RPM ). Doesn't want to rev well though and not well at all under load. Cleaned the MAF sensor, replaced the plugs and filter. Below is the data from the scanner. I have listed the codes, the live data, and the IM readiness readings. The short term fuel trim seems to be much higher than the longterm trim. Does this seem accurate and if so, what does it suggest for diagnosis?

Again, I thank everyone for all the help.

DTC Codes
P0076 - Intake Valve Control Cir. Low, Bank 1
P00444 - Evap Emis Sys. Purge Control Valve Cir. Open
