HMMM

I don't think it'll fit for the pure fact that the engine bay is completely different. I could be wrong, but because the orientation of the engine is flipped, and their isn't much room for a SC. However, there have been several companies trying to build and will probably build upon arrival of a test car.

The TRD unit you are refering to doesn't clear the stock celica hood, will not clear the Elise hood based on clearence of the cam cover and it will not clear the firewall. I have seen the TRD 2ZZ-GE supercharged Celica at IAS, it has a special hood with a rather large bludge in it to clear the strange supercharger placement (packaging issues) Maybe they will develop or are developing a new version for the Elise, but based on what they did on the Ceilca... Well...

I got this info from the forum posted supercharger.
