Question Polycarbonate scuff guard

I see mention of a polycarbonate scuff guard for the front lip of the Elise. At one point I read somewhere that Lotus had completed the design and that they would be available shortly.

I have a tough driveway to negotiate and my audi A4 sometime scrapes so I am really worried about my Elise which should be arriving on Thursday.

Does anyone know anything about this scuff guard?

Have someone stand outside your Elise and watch it going intothe driveway. Takes 2 seconds to scrape and break that front lip. Depends on the angle. Also be careful backing out - front can slam back down after front wheels clear... just be careful!
