Cool Elise Addiction

I need my fix....which would be a Krypton Green Elise. I've known of the Elise for some time now but never really considered it as being in the running for my next car. All of my life I've always preferred sticks over automatics and two doors over four, no matter how much HP the latter came equiped with. Over the past month I've been shopping for the perfect sports/GT car within my price range. My taste in cars had matured over the years so I was looking for something with a little more exclusivity. The cars I was most interested in were the Porsche 911 4S, the BMW M3 w/competition package, and the SLK55 AMG, an auto that perfroms like a stick. I had never seen an Elise up close and always viewed it as a racier version of the Mini (sorry guys.) My ignorance was changed when I visited the San Francisco International Auto show last weekend. Not only was I able to get a good glimpse of the Elise, I was able to sit in the car and look over all the things that make it so exciting. After leaving the auto show I began doing my research and absorbing anything I could find relating to the Elise. My findings have led my in the right direction in finding the perfect sports car to meet my needs. It's definitely affordable, it's exclusive, it performs out of this world, and it looks damn good.

My toughest decision was selecting a color. I like Chrome Orange for it's brilliance, Yellow is always a nice color on sports cars, and Kryton Green simply rocks. I chose Krypton Green because it reminds me of the Mopar color "Sublime Lime", a color that stands out and looks good day or night. Nuff said!

Yellow is a great color - especially helps to be "seen" by other drivers. We are very small on the road as you will find out! But, on the other hand, pick a color you like!

Welcome!
