Future Owner

Hello, I am new to this site and I am currently doing research because I am interested in buying an Elise. I own a Supercharged Honda S2000 and a Nissan 350Z, I really love the Elise, but since there is not a dealer within the state I live in, South Carolina. I cannot just drive up and look and ask for a test drive. So I decide to join this forum and read and learn as much as I can from you guys. I probably won’t post much, because I know how it is to have a lurker who is sits on a car forum just to be pesky.

Is there any advice or words of wisdom that you may give to a future Elise owner? Any advice is much appreciated.

I am still reading all the FAQ just so I can soak in as much as I can before I ask any dumb questions.

Drive one first! You have to -- this is really really important, because it is a whole new driving experience. It is a fantastic fast wonderful car, but completely different than the two other sports cars you mentioned. And your two cars are really great ones too.

How different? Driving position for one - suited to track much more than street. And much smaller than the other two cars. But man, whatta ride!
