Custom Aftermarket Wheels

Many had asked about custom aftermarket wheels. Well, they are difficult to order, partly due to the narrow front wheel required and partly due to the fact that many high-end wheel manufacturers don't make many batches of four-lug centers (though, with the Mini Cooper S and other four-lug cars ending up in autocross competition this is slowly changing).

I decided to get my wheels from Kinesis. Though I ordered my wheels in late March, they arrived just this week (June 22nd) -- this is an extraordinarily long wait time for any wheel, including one from Kinesis. Now that they've done a wheel for the Elise, however (mine was the first set), they are likely able to build subsequent sets significantly more quickly.

I based the setup primarily on the Exige and Elise LSS setups, though Kinesis could build you wheels with practically any offset...

Happy to answer any questions.
