what finish do these come in?? also, is the type c different then the ssr comps?

Finish... only the dark one pictured above.

Comp's had machiened lips, these dont. The new wheels are all Hybrid 2 piece design, making them more ridigid. Only comp H was theis way befor in the older versions.
