Harness Belts for Exige S
Have just taken delivery of my Exige S. Great car but am disappointed with the seats as they do not hold well enough. Before I take it to the track I would like to try some harnesses, but noticed that the stock belts are actually attached to the seats rather than a chassis anchor point. Has anyone had experience fitting harnesses to a road-going Exige S? The car already has the harness bar for the shoulder straps, but is there enough clearance for the hardware for the lap belts harness fit onto the seats....is it safe to have the belts anchored on the seats? I'd prefer not to drill any holes so will likely only fit a four point harness.
If anyone has any experience with this, I'd love to hear about it.
